Today I had a root canal with Dr. Walter. As odd as it sounds it was agreeable experience. I have been a patient here since 1981and have always had a positive encounter with the whole staff. Dr. Walter is wonderful and Mary is my go-to hygienist.
I have been a patient at this dentist for several decades. I have always felt the dental care was excellent and the clinic a great balance of professionalism, patient care all while creating a welcoming environment. Over the last year I have seen a decline and shift in the front office. The dental care and patient well being is still quality, however, I am really disappointed in the front desk. The lack of professionalism, knowledge and ability to process billing has decreased. I am hoping this gets back on track since I value the rest of the practice.
