I’ve been seeing Doctor Kim Walter since I had my first tooth. I am now 39 and still going to his office. He is gentle, compassionate and a great provider. His Staff is Amazing. My hygienist is Tanya and she is top tier! Tanya is very gentle, she is very thorough about what she is doing and any questions I may have, she remembers every personal detail of my life what we last spoke about 6 months ago! Overall this is a great place to get care. Highly recommend!
My first visit here (I needed a new dentist as I’d moved). Very nice and accommodating to my needs. The reception staff worked to get my appointments on my only weekday off work and as soon as possible. The hygienist was lovely, careful, and explained everything before the process. Dr Chong was careful and thorough, and explained the best course of action to address my needs. I’m feeling positive about my future visits and the course of action for a positive and healthy outcome!
I had an amazing experience at The Mill Creek Dentist! The entire process was smooth and professional. The staff were all very nice, competent, and helpful. I often had questions, most out of curiosity, about different topics like different numbers the hygienist was reading out and images/diagrams. All the staff took interest in my questions and thoroughly answered them. In particular Dr. Chong took the time to thoroughly discuss the tradeoffs of different options regarding wisdom teeth removal and other potential operations. Thanks to the great service I have cleaner teeth and full info to help me make future informed decisions :)
