I have been a patient at this dentist for several decades. I have always felt the dental care was excellent and the clinic a great balance of professionalism, patient care all while creating a welcoming environment. Over the last year I have seen a decline and shift in the front office. The dental care and patient well being is still quality, however, I am really disappointed in the front desk. The lack of professionalism, knowledge and ability to process billing has decreased. I am hoping this gets back on track since I value the rest of the practice.

I have been a patient of the Mill Creek Dentist for several years. When I suddenly developed an abscessed molar, i was able to get an expedited appointment within a week. Dr Walter and his assistant, Amy, x-rayed the tooth and quickly confirmed that it's roots were infected. I opted for an immediate root canal procedure and it was completed pain-free within an hour. A second x-ray documented the results. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this office.
